YOUNG REMBRANDTS ELEMENTARY DRAWING

This Fall we draw a variety of subjects and even some that are seasonally based. We start with a still life to help us learn how to create a realistic drawing. In this lesson we focus on shading and highlights and begin to master our color pencil technique. We also draw a spooky, but detailed, spider complete with a large web to catch its next meal. YUM! Then we learn the sophistication of drawing a portrait and use an American Indian as our subject matter.
